Stopped by Crossroad Biryani & Grill during a road trip from Michigan to Atlanta and it was a good food find along the way. The biryani and pulav were both really flavorful and well made great use of spices and cooked just right, definitely worth stopping for if you’re in the area. Service was a bit slow and could use improvement. If you’re driving through and craving Indian food, it’s worth the stop!

I visited Crossroad Biryani for lunch and placed my order at 11:15 AM. As I write this, it’s 12:14 PM, and I’m still waiting for my food. The most disappointing part isn’t just the long wait—it’s the repeated assurances of “5 more minutes” or “10 more minutes,” which kept getting extended. What made the experience more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy during this time. If a particular dish genuinely takes around an hour to prepare, that’s completely understandable. Just be upfront about it when taking the order so customers can decide whether they want to wait or choose something else. Clear and honest communication goes a long way. It’s much better to say, “This dish will take about an hour,” than to repeatedly promise “5 more minutes” when that’s not the reality. I hope the management improves transparency with wait times, as it would make the overall customer experience much better.

This is a small, intimate place with a nice atmosphere. Every year for the past 7 years we have placed large orders with them and have never been disappointed. This year I waited a little too long to place an order, but they still managed to accommodate us. The food is always top notch and the people friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited today and ordered the mutton pulao, chicken biryani, and a few starters. Everything was absolutely delicious! The mutton pulao was flavorful, with tender and perfectly cooked meat. The chicken biryani was aromatic, well-seasoned, and packed with authentic taste. The starters were fresh, crispy, and made a great addition to the meal. The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys flavorful and authentic food.
